Abstract: The objective of this research is to evaluate the color recognition of flurescent orange and yellow-green RRPMs under a variety of operating conditions. The objective will be met through the conduct and completion of a carefully formulated work plan. This work plan has been structured to provide Avery Dennison with research findings that, if successful, should provide support for additional research and help support agencies' requests to FHWA for experimentation approval.
